food city of their choice: San Francisco, the food mecca of the
West Coast, or New York, the melting pot city that offers fine
cuisine from around the globe.
To enter, foodies must write, in 100 words or less, which city is the restaurant
nirvana of their dreams – and why. The new 86 San Francisco: Recipes from
Top Restaurants for the Home Kitchen, available now at www.86recipes.com
and in major retailers, is a retro-style recipe box containing 86 user-friendly
recipe cards highlighting dishes from San Francisco’s top restaurants and most
highly acclaimed chefs. Like its sister recipe box, 86 New York, it is a tour of
one of America’s most exciting restaurant cities, great for home chefs and
travelers alike.
86 Recipes has issued the challenge: weigh in your favorite restaurant city
and win a visit to place you love best. Entries will be judged on the basis of
creativity (50%), grammar (25%) and style (25%) by representatives of
86 Recipes.
The grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to New York or San Francisco
including round-trip, economy airfare from the commercial airport nearest the
winner’s home, three nights’ accommodations, double occupancy, and two
dinners in restaurants included in the 86 Recipes collection.
